How do you build a community from scratch?

Question

Any tips for creating a community when you have pretty much zero online presence?  I'm trying to launch a product within the next couple months but I don't really know how to garner buzz around it.  Any tips for building an audience or connecting with people meaningfully would be much appreciated 🤗
