How do you build a vibrant PH community supporting your product?

I use the principle I believe in when it comes to everyday life. Over-communicate authentically. Sharing updates, as many thoughts, questions, and challenges as possible to provoke conversation, garner interest, and facilitate engagement is my approach as of late as we gear up for our July 17th launch of the first half of our Marketplace!
