Having a culture that inspires employees to be proactive is difficult yet essential. Two weeks ago- VaynerMedia announced a company wide competition in celebration of its 15th year anniversary: a LinkedIn post with the goal of getting maximum impressions. The winner gets to travel to all 15 of the offices and explore the global culture of Vayner while creating content.
