    @dailyfitnessai If it's ambient or binaural, because of lack of sounds, it gets distracting for me. So i'd pick more lo-fi. Chilled Cow YT channel maybe a good example.

    I would suggest apps (including browser extensions) that monitor visits to non-work-related sites. This will help you avoid procrastinating and be more productive.

    Turn off all notifications and work only on one task at the time.
    First breaking down big goal into several small ones, so that the task doesn't feel overwhelming. And then working on a mindset, like if I don't do this now, it might turn into smth unpleasant in the future, or if I don't do it now, no one else will do it for me😁but apart from that, just being in a relaxed state, get some fresh air and calm music

    1. Practice makes perfect. How often do we really practice deep work? 2. Priorize and turn off everything else that doesn't pertain to that particular task 3. Work in 90 minute sprints (with 15 minute breaks in between) And lastly measure the effects of your efforts. The more you see your work paying off, the more likely you are to be motivated to keep focused.

    It's a bit difficult these days, but I try to go for a walk in a park and sit in peace. The green and the surrounding sounds are relaxing which is highly needed when I want to concentrate. My mind tends to drift to different matters when I want to concentrate on a specific task, so my first method is to calm it down. If I can't do that, I listen to lo-fi or any relaxing music.
