I establish boundaries with colleagues and family, letting them know when I need uninterrupted work time.
I practice mindfulness meditation to train my mind to recognize and let go of distractions.
I prioritize tasks to stay organized.
I designate a distraction-free zone for work and limit phone notifications to essentials.
I engage in physical activity or take short walks to clear my mind and recharge when distractions arise.
I set realistic goals and celebrate small victories along the way, maintaining motivation and focus amidst distractions.
