If I have time and the product has a free trial, I give it a shot and then decide whether or not to vote. If I don't have enough time, I decide based on the description.

If it looks interesting and solves a real problem, upvote! Also consider the maker's track record, unique value prop, and early traction. And def upvote tools I've used and found valuable myself. 👍

most of them I decide base on comments made by others ..I  Later go back to try the product.
