I start thinking more about work starting Sunday afternoon again 😎 Excited to go to sleep to be able to continue business/product development next morning 😅 Always work mode

@mr_coders Haha, I totally get that! it like the excitement to dive into the next project kicks in once Sunday afternoon hits. it is a bit of a hustle but that Monday morning grind feels so much more rewarding when you are already in work mode .😅

Taking 10-15 minutes to plan out my day really helps me ease into work mode after the weekend. I start with simple tasks to build momentum and pair it with a good cup of coffee—it’s like a little ritual to reset my brain. By the way, we're launching today. understanding that there is no end to your tasks and you just need to prioritize. Also having less meetings reduces stress
@olya_zabalkanska Absolutely agree! Prioritizing tasks can be game changer and fewer meetings definitely help keep stress levels in check.

I like to start with a quick review of my goals for the week. It’s my way of getting back into the mindset without diving straight into the deep end. hat and tackling the easiest task first, it gives me a little momentum to build on.
@tjlarkin That's a great approach! Reviewing goals sets a clear direction, and starting with an easy task is such a smart way to bulid momentum.

Always plan out my days/weeks ahead of time otherwise I can get lost in the overwhelming amount of daily interruptions. Time blocking is key.
