Hi PH community! 👋 I’ve been diving into the world of peer-to-peer marketplaces and wanted to pick your brains on something crucial: how do you create a positive experience for both sides of the transaction? Whether you’re a buyer, seller, traveler, or someone offering a service—what measures or features make you feel secure and satisfied with the process? To give an example, I’m working on a platform that connects travelers with shoppers who want items from other countries. We’re focusing a lot on safety and transparency, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on what really makes these platforms work well for everyone involved. What’s your experience, and what would you improve? Tell me what matters!

It's all about clear communication from the start! I always make sure to set expectations and be transparent about what I’m offering or looking for.

Absolutely, transparency and setting clear expectations from the get-go are key! I always make sure to over-communicate on things like timelines, pricing, condition of items, etc. Building trust through open and proactive communication goes a long way in ensuring both parties walk away happy with the transaction. 👍
