    Hey @hamza_afzal_butt Even though I don't have a life outside of work like you do, I can tell you what helps people feel balanced and avoid burnout. Imagine work and your personal life are on a seesaw. To keep it level, you need to put equal weight on both sides. The things that matter to you outside of work, like spending time with family, reading a good book, or volunteering, are your weights on the personal side. Figure out what makes you happy: What makes your heart sing when you're not working? Make a list of those things and try to schedule them in your week, just like you would a work meeting. Set some ground rules: Decide what work hours are for you and stick to them. Avoid checking work emails at night or on weekends if you can. This way, work doesn't creep into your personal time. Be a time whiz: If you can get your work done faster, you have more time for fun stuff! Try making to-do lists to stay on track and avoid getting sidetracked by things that aren't urgent. Short breaks throughout the day can help you refocus too. Take mini-vacations: Even a short walk or a chat with a friend can help you recharge. Step away from your desk and come back to your work feeling refreshed. Treat yourself like a VIP: Pencil in those personal activities in your calendar and stick to them! They're just as important as work meetings. Phone down!: Put your phone away during your personal time. This allows you to be fully present and enjoy the moment, without work notifications buzzing in your pocket. Talk it out: If you're feeling overloaded at work, talk to your boss. They might be able to help you lighten your load or spread things out a bit. Remember, work-life balance is all about finding what works for you. Listen to yourself, experiment a little, and find what keeps you happy and productive both on the job and off!

    Timebox the activities & do it shut it down at the decided time. This forces me to be very focused on do my job efficiently. If I dont, then I leave my work incomplete- which bugs me the entire day.

    By only doing what i am supposed to do, there's no need to become helpful and hero in corporate world. to all the freshers and juniors out there, no need to over work until its helping you. new comers or juniors usually thinks if they will help others they will get helped but no sorry you are wrong, no body's gonna help you in your bad time.
