How do you filter feedback and advice?

I've been actively seeking feedback and advice from other founders, both in my field and not, and find myself being influenced by the latest feedback and ideas. Do you have any advice for knowing when to listen and when to ignore?

Get a lot, ignore most. When something bugs you in the back of your mind for long enough. investigate. Also be aware that some people are negative and some are positive. Also value tier1 people more than normies. Both can be valuable tho.
