How do you find motivation halfway through the week?

Goals! I always have some goals set. Goals for the year, goals for the month, goals for the week, goals for today.
If my goal for the year is too daunting to get me motivated, my goal for the month has a better chance. If that is also scary to consider, my goal for the week should be easier to tackle. If even that feels like an insurmountable obstacle, my goals for today will have to get me going.
