We are still struggling on how to grow audience and engagement there.

Hey... great question! Engaging with lots of people and consistently posting new and trendy content on social media whenever we have the time is key. It doesn't always have to be purely informational—sometimes, entertainment content can give us a significant boost as well.

I would rather try grow the personal acc of someone from the founding team.

And add product page to the mix when personal accs will start getting traction.

But as sort of landing/info page first with release updates and etc.

I would greatly recommend building a narrative and focus on storytelling! People want to know the TA of starting a company. Create series revolving the founder, for example Poorboy Coffee's growth on Instagram!
