Notion has been a game changer for my team's task and project management. It's super flexible and collaborative. We also connect it with Linear for dev tasks. Notion for high-level planning and docs, Linear for granular engineering work. Works like a charm!

We use ClickUp for project management! Notion is great for organizing info and documentation, JIRA is solid for engineering teams, and a notebook is nice for jotting things down quickly. But ClickUp hits that sweet spot with a full featured task/project workflow plus easy team collaboration all in one. Plus the free tier is pretty generous. Highly recommend giving it a shot!

Notion is my jam for task tracking! Super customizable and lets you set up projects, tasks, subtasks, and due dates in whatever hierarchy works for your team. Plus you can make views to slice and dice the data. Though I've heard good things about ClickUp too - might have to give that a spin sometime and compare!
