Launch day energy hack: alternate caffeine binges with power naps under your desk. The key is finding that perfect balance between productive hypomania and crashing face-first onto your keyboard. Also gummy vitamins. Can't wait to check out your launch!
Sticking to a consistent sleep schedule even with the excitement is clutch. Also, alternating between focused work sprints and quick breaks to stretch/snack. Lastly, supportive fam/friends bringing food & good vibes make a huge difference in maintaining stamina over the long haul. Best of luck with your launch - will def check it out!
