We're focusing on having a faster and better solution for graphic and motion designers, specific apps for specific needs, instead of a single jack-of-all-trades app that knows too many but can't get things done.

Twinr - App Builder
Provide something different than your competitors.
In our case all of Twinr’s competitors are focusing on one website technology to convert into mobile apps. But Twinr can convert any website into mobile apps.
So, we can call it our USP over competitors which is very important.
Focus on the product you have and how you can make it better

Just focus on your product
Find that one thing that you / your team can do better than anyone else, and make a big deal out of it.
I primary work in the crypto industry previously working on multiple NFT Projects.
Regarding competition, it works a little differently. Majority of successful projects don't see other projects as competition but opportunities to make partnerships and grow together. It is the tried and true method proven to work in the field. Everyone in the space is excited to build and network creating a healthy environment to really build amazing communities of excited builders.
End of the day I take competition as an opportunity to learn and leverage the benefits of working together rather than competing.
Being in a competitive industry presents an incredible challenge, and I love it! Over the years, I have developed strategies to stay ahead of the game. My approach is centered around staying up to date with current trends and involving myself in discussions with professionals in my field. Along with that, I take risks whenever possible by introducing new ideas and techniques - this helps me stand out from the crowd and keep people interested. Every day, I strive to be better than I was the day before, honing my skills while continuing to look for new strategies necessary for success!
