    Hey everyone! At our startup, we’ve been thinking a lot about how we can help our team connect more deeply with the product we’re building. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but we believe that when everyone in the company, from HR to engineering, understands and experiences the product firsthand, it can drive better collaboration and innovation. What are some ways you've successfully helped your team get to know the product on a deeper level? Do you offer internal demos, product trials, or encourage employees to provide feedback on features?     Regular training sessions are essential.

    I believe in involving the team from the very start by doing live demos of new features. It gives everyone a chance to provide feedback early on and feel more engaged.
