Do light workout while you work. For example go for a walk while checking emails. Staying active on social media etc

I plan my meals, implement more fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water. I also take vitamins and supplements from https://www.canadadrugsdirect.com/ that help me to maintain my health in good condition.

Get my workout out of the way in the morning. For dinner and lunch i try to have a mix of fibrous carbs, starchy carbs and protein. Do that 4-5 times a week. Also don't eat before going to sleep. Makes for much better dreams. Every once in a while scream into the mirror "Treat yourself" and get some nice pizza.
