How do you incorporate a bit of self-care into your busy life?

Everyone's got busy lives these days... especially those who choose to go straight from their 9-5 work day into a few hours of work on a passion/side-hustle each day.
So how do you personally fit a little time to look after yourself into all of that? Do you go for a walk, do you work out at home? Maybe it's going for a run, or maybe you prefer to workout at a local gym? In general, I'd just love to hear what is and isn't working for all of you out there!
I'm really interested in any specific tools, apps, techniques or programs you've really loved (or have been disappointed by)... Fitness and mindfulness and everything in between.

Short, everyday activities that refresh me are the focus of my self-care routine so that I can fit them into my hectic schedule. For instance, I like to go for a 10-minute stroll after lunch, do some deep breathing exercises for five minutes first thing in the morning, and end the day with a cup of relaxing tea. These basic practices help me maintain equilibrium, concentration, and optimism.
