How do you keep a physically active lifestyle in a remote work setting?

I start to notice that since I started working fully remote my lifestyle has become less active / dynamic. How do you balance ´passive´ side of the home office and get out regularly and be more active? Any tips?

This is what I do to keep myself active throughout the day. * I wake up early, go for a Yoga class which lasts around 1 hour. This helps me get ready for my day. * During work hours I take 5-10 mins off time from screen every 1hr so that my eyes won't strain. * In the evening after my working hours, I go for a walk, 6-8kms approx. I avoid looking at my screen during my walk and try to focus on my surroundings.

It's so hard to keep up! I have a stationary bike that I try to ride as soon as my work day ends. If I go into the ride with no expectations to push myself too hard, it makes it easier - I usually put on a Netflix show and try to use that time to unplug.

I am currently working fully remote too right now! What I did to make myself more active is having afternoon/after work hours walk, either to do some grocery shopping, jogging, going to the gym, meeting with friends, attend language courses, etc. I suggest that you have a daily plan for it 😊

You can both enjoy top-notch games while alone guiding a professional team by attending the game retro games. You can choose your favorite team when you first become a coach. However, you do not have to be the coach of the team. This forces you to choose a team that is more passionate about the game.
