Just came across this post and thought I'd throw a few more names into the hat for SaaS Management Platforms for anyone who comes across this in the future. • Zylo (https://zylo.com/) • Torri (https://www.toriihq.com/) • Zluri (https://www.zluri.com/) - looks like you work there 😉👋 • BetterCloud (https://www.bettercloud.com/) • Trelica (https://trelica.com/) • LicenceOne (https://licence.one/) - fair warning: I'm a cofounder there Important note when testing out different solutions: REALLY test them out. "Direct integrations" and "Automatic offboarding" often only work if you are on enterprise plans on all of your SaaS. The SMP technically allows you to automatically offboard, but your SaaS providers will price that feature off (hidden under "SCIM" or "Provisioning" on their pricing pages). Also, pay particular attention to the white noise generated by SMPs. Someone who took a trial account of a SaaS 3 years ago shouldn't be something that you have to triage; however, someone who took a trial yesterday should. Hope that helps anyone in the future, and hey, if not; you can find my socials on my ProductHunt profile. Shoot me a message, I'd be happy to help out if I can.

All manual for now which is becoming a headache, but looking into software such as Spendesk. Not tried any so let me know if you have and your experiences. :)

Hey! We have a Google sheet which works pretty well. Just a simple list with which SaaS-services, number of users or accounts and monthly price. It doesn't need to be more fancy than that.
