Remind yourself of the larger picture.

I just try not to give up) we need to keep faith in what we do)

I think motivation stays for some time, but you have to discipline yourself enough that there is less need for motivation.

smallest thing is to have the right kind of music to accompany me moment by moment :) and try looking at things in a smaller portions or 'step by step' so they say
