Product Market Fit means that you understand your customer and the market you play in and can comfortably predict customer behavior. One good KPI is when you can repeatably acquire customers for a lower cost than what they are worth to you

Is it purely daily active users? Is it conversion? What KPIs are meaningful for this?
I wish there was an easy answer. It's a combination of:
#1 Are we sure the product is solving a real pain for the customer? Can be measured by product adoption, KPIs per the job-to-be-done by the product
#2 Do we know the marketing channel that would allow us to scale and get more people like in #1
