One of the most important things to do is to set boundaries between your professional and personal life. Make sure you take breaks throughout the day to relax and decompress. Also, prioritize activities that give you joy and make time for them.

I maintain a work-life balance whenever my job allows me to. There are times when I notice an important event occurring in the company and I prioritize work. Then I again get back to the routine.

The balance between work and personal life is important. If everything is good on all fronts, then the work will have good productivity.

I prioritize my tasks and allocate specific time for work, family, and personal activities. I also practice time management, delegate when possible, and avoid overcommitting. Regular breaks and self-care activities help me recharge and stay focused.
Make time for what truly matters.
I maintain a balanced work-life routine by strictly setting boundaries between my professional and personal time, employing productivity tools and techniques, delegating tasks when needed, and ensuring to invest time in self-care activities like exercise, meditation, and hobbies to keep myself recharged and happy!
Prioritize what I have to do and have a hard cut off time. If it's 5PM and I still haven't finished it, it moves up on the priority list for tomorrow morning! We launch next week, would love your support! (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...)
Good old calendar blocking and regular breaks help.
A schedule and dedicated downtime
Maintaining discipline is as vital as any other aspect, as it ensures I adhere to my pre-decided routine. While it's easy to become engrossed in work, recognizing and adhering to my set limits is crucial. This involves calling it a day at the stipulated time, incorporating consistent breaks, and ensuring I carve out time for leisure activities and interests.
No way :)
I think for me it has been about establishing the expectations for 'work-life-balance' early on. I moved to Vietnam for the work and did not really expect a regular nine-to-five-work-life-balance. My life currently is basically my job, and thus I feel like the balance is fine even though I am working a lot.
As long as I get some nights off to meet people, I am satisfied currently.
I really do believe that our notion of work-life-balance changes as we go through life and is not the same all the time.
I try to follow a post-work routine. It’s like a signal to your brain that work’s done for the day. Personally I turn off notifications during non-work hours - which has made a huge positive impact on my mental health as well as my relationship. Also, I try to replicate office perks at home, like a decent chair or even plants, that really spruce up the workspace vibe.
