@nevemind_com Prospecting and lead gen activities activities like scraping, the way I do it, don't usually write into a CRM - data is sanitized first in sheets and csvs. For example, my phantom buster scripts scrape into sheets, would never have it write directly into pipedrive. Also, I prefer editing csv in plain text for a review before import into any CRM

@rowemore Why 2 systems? What lands in Pipedrive and what in GSheets?

Oh, managing our customer base is like herding digital cats! We use a CRM system to keep the chaos organized – it's like having a virtual shepherd for our data flock!

@nevemind_com When my team is small and customer follow-up is relatively simple, we use Google Sheets. For extensive collaboration and more complex sales pipelines, Salesforce is utilized. At the same time, cost is also a consideration factor, as Salesforce is quite expensive.😞
