Check for four out of six of these to measure product/market fit.

1. You have preorders worth over 40% of your serviceable market.

2. More than 30% of your serviceable market is using and paying for your product(s).

3. You are overwhelmed by customer demand and must hire more people to support the growing customer base.

4. More than 10% of your serviceable market loves to share your product(s) online or by word of mouth with other people.

5. Your customer acquisition cost is lower than your customer lifetime value (your product even sells itself without you pushing to sell it).

6. You have a small community (of about 1000–3000 people) online or offline that engages with your product, problem, or content every day.
