How do you mentally prepare yourself for a big day?

Hi there!
It happens to anyone, new job, big projects at work, important clients to meet... When a stressful day is coming, where do you start?
I like to have a big breakfast, wake up early, and generally, I like to work out the day before so that I have a good night of sleep.
What about you?

Solid AM routine. But getting a good night sleep, and eating healthy is great too.
