How do you organize your texting materials for instant messaging Apps?

I use Evernote, a text messaging App that syncs with my iPhone, iPad and Mac. I can access my texts on any of my devices and use the App to organize my texts by date and categorize them as per my choice. This way I can search for quick-access as per my choice. With Evernote, I also scan all document, notes and receipts that I might need to look up again. This way I don’t have to carry a heavy bag of documents with me.
