    I highly rely on the interests they have. Because if they are at the stage of networking, I can offer them content related to networking opportunities, if people are interested in funding, I can offer them this. When in marketing, I can give them e.g. list of hacks on how to outperform social media. That's why I created an exhausting newsletter sing up form (probably do not have many sign-up users at the beginning, but want to have a quality insight for my first subscribers). I will be customising content in the future (RN, I am not big at all) but when I achieve a certain number, then I will start to customise more and people will get more relevant content to their interests.
