Each one has their own way to plan/ remember their daily or weekly activities. We all have been there where we have switched from one to do list app to another. What is your go to method to plan? What has worked for you?

1: Start by making a list of top priorities for the day. 2: Break the tasks down into smaller ones. 3: Estimate how much time each task will take and schedule them into the day accordingly. 4: Review and adjust the schedule as needed

@lokeshjoshi31 Very interesting, which platform/app/medium do you use for making the list and organising if I may ask :)

My go-to method is to use a pen and paper. I find that it's more intuitive for me than digital tools, and I can make changes as I think of them throughout the day.

@ayushjangra interesting. I used to be the exact same. As a creative I tend to have lots of ideas and I was using pen & paper in my teens. Later as the type of notes evolved into the digital world it had to be a digital tool.. After reading "Get things done" by David Allen in 2018 I started to become really aware of the different tools and methods I am using. I joined taskzen because the app is solving a very essential need for me. And that is to get rid of pen & paper and allow me to quick fire a few thoughts into todo's in seconds, which would have taken minutes in my other tools. If you are like me, you should really give it a try.

I make a to-do-list and use a spreadsheet to keep up with everything. How do you plan your week/day?

Planning a week/day is not a challange if you have an appropriate task management and planning tool. It helps to stay organized and track all your tasks and goals correctly. If you want to master your planning skills, read the following article - 12 Tips to Create an Actionable Weekly Work Plan https://blog.ganttpro.com/en/how... - it really worth it. There are many online tools available that you can use to plan your week or day activities. Some popular options include Trello, Asana, Todoist, and Google Tasks. But my team and me personally prefer to schedule and plan with GanttPRO Gantt chart maker.
