I try to walk 2 times a day with my baby child and play soccer 2 times a week) Can't imagine my life without cardio)
I love staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle by engaging in a variety of exercises, but one of my favorite ways is practicing Pilates. It not only strengthens my body but also improves my flexibility and posture. Bonita en Pilates has been my go-to studio for expert guidance and a wonderful Pilates experience.
