I have a bench and a couple of free weight training machines, along with a rowing machine. I have been neglecting them lately to be honest and there is no excuse I can't spend 20 to 30 minutes using them a day. Staying fit was a daily part of Army life, so I have been slacking a little since leaving the military. My favorite is hiking or what we called rucking which is just hiking with a large pack with added weights.

Home workouts + I recently started boulder climbing. And I can definitely recommend that to everyone. What a great anti-stress activity :) How about you Alyssa?

@alyssaphillips I can only recommend! :) Yes, walking and cycling are on my list as well. Especially some hikes in the nature are a soothing balsam for both the soul and the body.
