I'm a big fan of the RICE framework (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) for prioritizing new features. Basically score each feature idea on a scale of 1-5 for each of those criteria, then take the average score. The ones with the highest avg RICE score are the top priority to build next. Super simple but effective way to quantify feature prioritization and take emotion/opinions out of the equation. 🍚🚀
