Planyway
Launching soon!
Here’s what works well for me: Time Blocking for Breaks: I treat breaks as non-negotiable parts of my day. I use Planyway app to block out these times so I can step away, stretch, or take a quick walk. Just a few minutes away from screens does wonders for resetting focus and energy. Digital Detox in the Evening: I try to end the day by disconnecting from work and tech, even if it’s just for the last hour. Reading, family time, or just reflecting on the day helps me wind down and disconnect mentally from work. Exercise: Regular movement is a big part of my routine. Whether it’s a workout, a walk, or some stretching, I find that physical activity clears my mind and boosts my mood.

For me, self-care isn’t about a weekly massage or escaping to a retreat after a hectic season. It’s the small, daily habits that keep me balanced and calm. Ever get so absorbed in work that hours go by before you even remember to stretch or take a bathroom break? I’ve been there, which is why I built mandatory breaks into my workflow tool, kosmodrom.work. Every 25 minutes, it reminds you to take a pause, offering fun ideas like grabbing a glass of water, a snack, or trying an astronaut-inspired exercise to recharge. It’s all about giving yourself those precious moments to reset, even on the busiest days.
