Using Ivy Lee Method helped me trenmebdously. I plan up to 6 tasks for my work day, prioritise them by urgency and stick strictly to schedule 🙂
I set due dates on my tasks, allocate the time to each task then manage deliverables based on due dates. (also have high priority option when creating the tasks)

I start by defining my overall objectives, for the upcoming week. This helps me align my tasks with my long-term priorities and by doing that, I can focus on what matters most.
I try to avoid multitasking and focus on one task at a time and give my full attention to complete it on time.
