I personally use our own product to do this 😁 At the beggining I was using it for my daily job tasks with the team, but a couple month ago I started using it for absolutely everything including: groceries, house work, daily tasks that are not related to my job... It simply became my best companion for prioritizing tasks, set statuses, due dates, labels... Now I've became sooooo more productive and organized than ever before 🙌 Thanks Iteration X ❣️

It should first of all take less energy and be the most impactful task. Than I’m building on that , increasing complexity and potential impact

As someone who's constantly juggling multiple tasks, I've found that prioritizing based on deadlines and importance is key. I like to use the Eisenhower Matrix to categorize my tasks into urgent/important, not urgent/important, urgent/not important, and not urgent/not important. This helps me focus on what truly matters and avoid getting lost in the weeds. Of course, a good old to-do list and time blocking also work wonders. And let's not forget the power of a good old cup of coffee (or two) to fuel those productive sessions! How do you prioritize your tasks? I'm all ears for more tips and tricks!

I use Things for Mac & iPhone and heavily utilize the scheduled & repeating tasks features to automate all areas in my life from small things like when to change the brush on my powered toothbrush to the big things like start my taxes and order flowers for Mother's Day in advance to avoid a last minute scramble :)
