Exercise and reading a great book helps me wind down. A nice walk or jog outdoors can really clear the mind. And getting lost in an engaging story before bed always puts me in a better headspace.
After a tough day I like to unwind by going for a run or playing some video games to take my mind off things for a bit. An intense workout or getting immersed in a good game always helps me recharge. Anyone else have go-to methods to relax and reset after a stressful day?

A good night's sleep and a quick cardio session are my go-to recharge combo. Rest resets my mind, and cardio gets me pumped for whatever comes next.
For me, getting some movement helps - going for a walk outside, doing a quick home workout, or hitting the gym for a more intense sweat sesh. Detaching from screens and being active physically recharges me mentally. Yoga, running, biking - whatever feels good! Just getting the blood flowing makes a big difference in shaking off a tough day.
After a tough day, I use Natomic to dump my thoughts, vent, and move on. It’s my personal space to unload the day and get back on track—quick, simple, and no BS.
