How do you reduce meeting density and create focus time for yourself?

Hi folks, This is especially a question to B2B & scale-up Product Managers, would be so happy if others join the discussion. Actually, it is really hard to find time for individual focus time for PMs who are responsible lots of different tasks and lots of meeting as comes from their role's nature. But for competitor analysis, long-term strategy, market tracking, etc. PMs should allocate their time and align with otherselves for creating better products that its customers love! There are lots of ways to improve time management but I choose to work on Meeting Efficiency. This is the discussion point; * How to improve meeting efficiency for PMs?
