How do you remember to do your Chores or other recurring tasks?

I'm probably not the prime example for remembering stuff since I tend to be very forgetting. I feel like, common reminder apps don't really cut it for me because I would just always snooze them and it becomes annoying. I recently built myself an app for that so I can see my reminders directly on my home screen, visualised by green or red rings, just like the Apple battery widget. If you are like me and tend to forget about not so important tasks. Would that be helpful for you? What would it need in your opinion to become useful or more helpful?

hey brother, recognition - first step in journey. acknowledging the forgetfulness, curating a remedy. the snooze tempts us all. it's the sweet lullaby before the chaos of chores unfolds. yet you chose to stir, to create. your app, a gentle nudge amidst the clutter. it's there, unobtrusive yet reminding. it's vision blending with utility. every design seeks to answer a human shortfall. here, it's memory. chore-ography of daily tasks laid bare on a screen. visual cues, they're hooks to our brain. red warns, green soothes. it's more than a reminder, it's a visual whisper. the chore isn't the focus, the remembrance is. nestled subtly amidst the day's chaos, a silent call to action. engagement without irritation, that's the sweet spot. it's not the loudness of the reminder, but the soft persistence. would i find it useful? indeed. simplicity, clarity, these are its winning strokes. in its silence, it speaks volumes. in its subtlety, it prompts action. here’s to forgetting less, doing more. to a home screen less cluttered, to a mind more at ease. — Karim

@shajedulkarim_ if the App Store would have a „poetic description“ section. This would definitely be it. Well put man, love it 😁
