How do you scale creatives for different markets/ads?

For context, our Design team needs significant time to do the 40 different variations we need for an ad and it can be a hassle. One of the products launched today Artwork Flow, seems promising for this problem. https://www.producthunt.com/posts/artwork-flow-3 I think with AI we can also ease the load on Design teams. What do you think?
