How do you see the flow of time inside your head?

In the past two years, I'm studying calendars, the flow of time, studies, research, and experiments. The current calendars we use are not much different from the PDA era, more or less the same structure for the past 40 years – it's just an Excel sheet. Is it really how we perceive time in our heads? As rows and columns? My current research suggests otherwise, but I'd love to hear your thoughts – stop for a second and visualize time in your head. How do you see a week, a month, a year? Is it a line? A circle? I'm building a new product supported by science and a different view on time. If you have 3 minutes, I'd really appreciate it if you can fill out one of my forms: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1L_JzcJhg3gfVonRCWDQAG4hgEgUTuMSTwz8VSQEmm2I/edit Thanks and happy to discuss it!
