How do you sign simple contracts?

I find the process of signing contracts to be, well, very complicated. I kind of want to sign a simple contract, but to do so, I have to use either Word and email or sign up for e-sign services, which are mostly B2B and only through a demo call. Send it for signing. That's it! You don't need to sign up, and the signed document will be sent to your email in PDF. It's absolutely free for two signers. If more people need to sign, you can choose and pay for this option. Additionally, there is a paid option to create your signature with AI – just for fans, but why not give it a try?
