I start my work with a 5mn warm-up:
- I train my typing speed with Monkeytype
- I train keyboard shortcuts with KeyCombiner
It's easy to do and it conditions me to get into the work. Obviously knowing the keyboard shortcuts and typing faster are a real advantage.

3am wake up, shower, and tea. By 4am, I'm wide awake and energized. Freewriting in my journal to plan my day. Wake the kids up at 5:30-5:35am for school. 6:35 am drop off. Tell an ongoing story while we wait for the teachers to open the school. Turn on Otter for the drive back home and start on ideas I reviewed the night before.
