It may sound cheesy and like such a cliché but it always comes down to the "why". Why I started what I'm doing and "what" I expect out of it. Because of that probably also a lot of reflection.

Sales and feedback from customers are the fuel for my motivation. When these are quiet I rely on plans and roadmap to keep me fired up

I agree with @luka_vasic - being disciplined with your goals and tasks is usually more effective than relying on motivation to complete them. Often you still need to push through when motivation is low, and maintaining discipline within a timeframe is usually helpful. Something that I've done in the past that has been effective is working in time splints - 45 min on, 15 min break, repeat.

Self Analysis I've made a habit of journalizing my days, and when I feels low, I spend time with myself, sit aside doing nothing, and sometimes review my past achievements, and analyze my progress, this works for me! This gives me a recharged feel to continue! 🙂 Would love to hear what you do!?

make small good habits... then they become processes... then a way of life... start small !

Talking with inspiring and motivated people, doing sports, and making future plans. Btw, we’re launching in the mid of June. Check out our upcoming PH page: www.producthunt.com/upcoming/eff... Our project is called: Effecto. It’s an app for detailed habits, health, symptoms, and meds tracking. Pretty much for everything that is related to your physical or mental health and every daily factor that can affect you.

Discipline always trumps motivation. I plan out my day and set tasks that have to be done. Besides that, I track habits I want to develop. Through seeing my progress and tasks being done I get motivated. Walks and training help too.

It totally depends person to person but I think one thing that can work out for everyone is remembering why you started. there are moments where we feel demotivated and that's okay. Planning and scheduling my tasks or work related aspects, implementing that schedule, religiously following that schedule works the best for me to get things done. Allow yourself some leisure, don't overwork yourself.

I like talking to the people who have positive attitude towards life and their goal. They really inspires a lot. They gives you positive vibes. And, I always try to stay away from the people who always talk negative and have something to complain about their life.
