As a tech enthusiast and startup aficionado, I understand the struggle of information overload. Finding the right balance of organization tools can be tricky, but when you do, it's like finding the perfect code snippet - pure magic! Keep exploring and tinkering until you find what works best for you.

The easiest way I stay organized and manage information overload is by following the "inbox zero" approach and having a simple capture tool. Then periodically, I'll process and organize what's in my capture tool - fleshing things out, filing information, adding tasks to my to-do list, etc. But the initial capture is extremely low-friction. That's really the easiest system for me - the discipline of daily inbox processing combined with a ubiquitous quick capture method. It creates an incredibly simple workflow to continuously intake and organize information and action items without getting overloaded.
