What are your best (or worst) ways of structuring a 1:1 meeting with your co-founder, direct report or peer?

Keep it simple -
1. General health, issues, any day to day challenges which you can address, Needs, Wants
2. Risk and Concerns related to work.
3. Any guidance/ mentorship/ assistance.
4. Feedback, and action item/ goals/ milestones/ plan.
Have a expected action in the agenda.
Try to make life easier in 1:1.

When it comes to structuring 1:1s, I find that setting a clear agenda upfront helps keep the conversation focused and productive. I like to mix business with a sprinkle of casual chit-chat to build rapport and foster a collaborative environment. Remember, a well-structured 1:1 can be the secret sauce to effective communication and team synergy! Let's keep those meetings lively and constructive!
