Our app is a Twitch Extension for streamers so we're intending to use discord as that's the tool as it's commonly used in the community.
Haven't decided whether we'll use a bot for tickets but we'll explore it.

@samantha_becker1 Mostly more phone calls. But e-mail is also used + phone messengers (viber, telegram)
