Not putting too much pressure on employees while setting reasonable goals and responsibilities can be a strategy to support well-being. What do you think about employee well-being?

We organize internally to survive externally. This is a key to well-being at work. Key to remote work is to talk about your own well being. Employees will follow the cue as this is a value that is lived out by the leader. I write a lot about this in my substack. Here’s an example piece: https://open.substack.com/pub/al...

Employee well-being is an essential for any organization as it directly impacts employee productivity, engagement, and retention. Motivated employees bring the results :)

I always want to assure my employees that I am here to listen and help work things out so that they can perform their best. I trust their work ethics and I stay away from any kind of micromanaging. I want them to be able to breathe and feel safe enough to be honest with me. I feel like that's the best way to ensure long-term well-being.

I lead a team of software developers. I ask them what their needs are and I make sure to follow through on what they ask for.

Just setting hours the same way you would for an in person company. Employees tend not to like it when you pester them in their off hours That's the founder's responsibility haha

I work in a startup remotely and the best thing about my workplace is how we can openly discuss about problems without hesitating. It is a big deal tbh.

Scheduling monthly 1:1 sessions to just listen to the struggle and feedback of your employees sounds like a simple and effective idea.
