I start my Monday mornings with a quick workout to boost my energy and a cup of coffee to get my mind focused. It helps me transition smoothly from the weekend mindset to a productive workday.

I tackle Monday mornings by setting clear goals for the week and starting with a small, manageable task to build momentum. It helps me transition smoothly from the weekend and kickstart my productivity.

I try to deal with the most difficult task I have. Usually it proves much less daunting than I expected. After completing all other tasks seem easy and I feel motivated!

The prep actually starts on Sunday - I like to end the day a little early and keep no plans for the evening. Do some reading and plan for the week ahead and sleep on time. Monday Morning - -A short run followed by some workout - A short read - some article or book - A light breakfast so that I don't feel lazy :) Thats' it - most of the times this works! :)

I like Monday morning to get ready and go to the office and to the work again which I really love to do. Some responsibilities and work are important in life to make us concentrate on goal.

Every friday, I list my tasks that are to be done on Monday. Every monday morning, I do time blocking so I'll know what should be done ahead, also if there are meetings set, so I could plan my day accordingly.

Honestly just waking up early again gets me back into it, then I take a walk and write so that I keep moving. Otherwise I’ll just fall back asleep!

Navigating Monday mornings after a weekend is like rebooting after a software update – it takes a bit of time to get back up to full speed! How do you shake off the weekend vibes and dive into the week?

Mondays can indeed be challenging as we transition from the weekend back to work. While some people struggle to get back into work mode, others use the fresh start to set goals and tackle the week ahead. Finding a personal routine that eases this transition can make Mondays more manageable. visit for more details : https://toprecyclage.ca/

My Monday strategy: Start the day with a short meditation to shift my mindset. Then make a priority list, tackling one key task before checking email. Lots of coffee helps too! Also, I try to do something fun or rewarding on Sunday evenings to make the transition less rough. Curious what works for others!

@ For entrepreneurs, the grind is constant - every day is a workday. But I still find value in "eat the frog" principle on Mondays (I will say that's a constant for me if I am not touring). Tackling the toughest task first creates momentum that propels me through the week. It's not about dreading Mondays, but using them strategically to set a productive tone for the days ahead.

Happy monday! I always like to start Monday off with listing my weekly todos, cleaning up messages/emails, and a cup of coffee😎 Reaching out to some co-workers to set up some meeting times also help with ramping up and getting back to the workflow. (plus, i’m a huge tennis fan so i always listen to a monday match analysis podcast in the morning so i can have a good mood😝

I usually plan the week (at least I try to πŸ˜…), what needs to be done, what needs to be pushed, what needs to be optimized, and what needs to be achieved. And after dwelling on this, it comes out of somewhere...'I should probably get started' 🧐😬 And that's how it goes.
