I go in for sports or I drink tea. And coffee in the morning.

Spending time in nature without a laptop and phone.

Sport, friends and family.
Go to the gym, walk around the park, go to my favorite cafe and eat pancakes, and spend time with my daughter. That is to say, you have to switch the context and do something else. I'm going to start practicing boxing. I used to practice it and it helped me to relax.
Golf, swimming and meditation. :-)
Go to the beach!
