Lots of sleep, some sport and quality family time. Thanks to these guys https://ukwritings.com/literatur... that is actually possible. Without them I would be writing my paper whole weekend long. I used to work a lot on a weekend , but changed that habit when I had my first child.
Different every week. I try to listen to my thoughts and body. For example, this Sunday I just wanted to read and do 20 minutes of yoga.

Raju, I dedicate my Sundays to unwinding and planning for the week ahead, ensuring a balance between rest and productivity. It's the perfect day for some self-care and setting clear goals to tackle.
One thing i do EVERY sunday is eat lunch with my familiy. My mom and grandma make delicious food and these sunday get togethers mean the world to me. After lunch we also drink coffee together and eat something sweet that my mom baked. It's just perfect.
